Are you looking for an accessible boost to your child’s learning?
Our Tutoring Young Residents programme provides free tutoring in Maths and English for Year 4, 5, and 6 primary school pupils. Sessions are delivered locally, at community centres throughout the country, and online in partnership with housing associations and other community organisations. We make sure class sizes are kept small – no more than six pupils at a time – to optimise the level of individual attention received by each child. All tuition follows official National Curriculum guidelines, with more than a little fun, excitement, and support thrown in along the way!

What parents and carers say
Your unwavering support and dedication have greatly helped my daughter in her English and Maths studies [going into] secondary school. We are truly grateful for your assistance and commitment to my daughter['s] education. Given our positive experience, my son is also eager to study at Tutors United.
Thank you once again for everything you have done.
I was struggling to find a small tutoring group for both my boys and cost was a big factor in this. I wanted my children to not be in large groups and I wanted them to go somewhere where they could be open to ask questions and get more one on one help. I feel my boys have been really lucky to of had the opportunity to go to Tutors United and the fact they enjoy going each week has made the learning for them easier.
I’m very happy with the programme. The meetings and workshops for parents have helped me understand how I can support her better at home too. Everyone on the team has been so kind, patient and encouraging. It means a lot to have people who truly care about the children and their learning.
Being part of this project has been a very positive experience for our family. Thank you so much again!
