[What will my child be learning?]
The lessons will alternate between Maths and English. Our tutors will teach from lesson plans that follow our bespoke curriculum, which is designed to support the National Curriculum your child is being taught in their school. Our lesson plans a designed to be flexible to meet pupils where they are at and provide stretch when needed.
[How do I access online lessons?]
Online lessons take place via Zoom. Once enrolled to the programme, you will receive a Zoom link and password that you will used to access the lessons each week. Zoom can be accessed both through your internet browser without downloading anything, although you can choose to download the Zoom app.
[When do lessons take place?]
The vast majority of our lessons take place after school, between 4 and 6pm, Monday to Friday. Lessons last one hour and take place once a week. The programme you are eligible for will determine which days of the week are available. Lessons take place during term time only and run throughout the school year from September to July.
[Why is this programme free for me?]
Our programmes are funded by our Housing Association and other community partners, as a means of supporting residents in new and innovative ways. As a resident of a participating Housing Association or Partner, you have access to programmes in your local area, free of charge.
