Racheal Olaitan joined Tutors United in our brand new role of Programme and Systems Coordinator in May 2025. Racheal will be overseeing our programme operations as well as troubleshooting our systems efficiently and effectively. Supporting the Programmes Team with communications, admin, impact, and systems, Racheal will enable us to discover new insights for pupils and families and help us to launch in new areas around the country.

A graduate of Aston University, where she studied Psychology, Racheal joined us with experiences as a Visa and Passport Officer, an Administration Assistant, and a SEN Counselling Assistant.

In her free time, Racheal can be found gaming (specifically The Walking Dead and The Last of Us), reading, and going on walks with her two dogs!
