Joining our board of trustees in the summer of 2024, Rob is the Head of Financial Markets at Lloyds Banking Group. With extensive experience in strategy, governance, and performance optimization, Rob is well-equipped to drive our mission forward. In addition Rob oversees the delivery and governance of transformation and technology programs for Markets, focusing on growth initiatives, IT resilience, and compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

A graduate of the London School of Economics and Political Science, Rob brings a robust skill set in risk management, business strategy, and infrastructure scaling. His in-depth knowledge of governance structures and technological transformation makes him a vital asset to Tutors United as we aim to expand our reach and impact.. Rob is committed to leveraging his strategic insight and business development acumen to support our mission.

In addition to his role at Tutors United, Rob serves as an external Member of Council at the University of Essex and holds the designation of Chartered Director. He is passionate about empowering young people and is eager to contribute to the charity’s goals.
