Celebrating 2025

2025 has been a year packed full of highlights and milestones for Tutors United, and none of them would have been possible without the incredible community that has grown around our charity.

The year in numbers:

  • 2,947 hours of tutoring

  • 889 pupils engaged

  • 108 tutors hired, trained, and paid

  • 10 classroom assistants hired, trained, and paid

  • 15 delivery partnerships with housing associations and local councils

  • 17 social value and funding partners supporting our programmes

  • 7 employer partnerships to support our tutors

  • 23 school partnerships

  • 2 S.T.E.A.M. Ahead week-long programmes run in partnership with KORI Youth Charity

  • 47 S.T.E.A.M. Ahead programme pupils

  • 100% of pupils found the S.T.E.A.M. Ahead sessions with Mott MacDonald engaging and enjoyable

  • 1,715 total hours of engaging childcare, tutoring, and youth work provided to families through the S.T.E.A.M. Ahead programmes

  • 78 parent and carer sessions

  • 5 new team members

  • 5 paid tutor internships at Tutors United

  • 2024-2028 strategy for growth

  • 1 strategy celebration event

  • And our first face-to-face Liverpool hub
